Signature crowns Andrew Weissman’s 25-year culinary career, which began in Europe, moved to NYC and finally came home to San Antonio when Andrew opened the fondly-remembered Le Reve. That first restaurant gained national recognition in the pages of The New York Times, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine magazine, Gourmet magazine, Texas Monthly, and other illustrious publications.
At Signature, Andrew’s menu is enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit. Gulf seafood conspires with Atlantic Coast oysters flown in fresh, house-aged sirloin easily holds its own with Pacific Northwest lamb, and the Hill Country is well-represented with seasonal, local ingredients.
